Terms & Conditions
Booking procedure, payment and cancellation:
To book a tour, you must complete the online booking form or through communication and invoice and pay full price in advance of the tour departure.
Cancellation by the passenger within 3 days of departure for day tours or 3 weeks for overnight tours and ticketed visitor attraction events are not automatically liable for a refund unless agreed by the tour operator.
If the tour operator has to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. severe weather or closure of an attraction or event, or any other necessary reason, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be processed back to the payment method used. We aim to give as much notice as possible, ideally 3 days for day tours and 3 weeks for overnight tours.
Under 18 year old travel rules:
16 to 17 year olds may travel independently with parents/legal guardian and education institution permission if applicable.
Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) at all times. This may include their teacher, group leader, parents, guardians, or other family, friend or school staff.
Group leaders or teachers should ideally be provided for under 18 groups to assist the tour manager with 1 leader to 20 students as a guideline. Extra tour managers could be provided for large groups if requested.
Passengers under 18 must follow the terms and conditions of the tour operator and mode of transport.
