Transparent Pricing: The itinerary will clearly show the cost of the tour, anything included in the package or optional paid extras.

Booking and Payment:

Review and Approve: Once you're happy with the itinerary and price, we'll send you an invoice with payment terms.
Secure Your Booking: Upon confirmation, you can pay a deposit to secure your group travel. Final payment is due before departure.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is clearly outlined on our terms and conditions page.
